Whether bounding down the hall, greeting colleagues with an energetic smile (and a perfectly contrived British accent) or touring out-of-town clients around the Twin Cities, Neal is energetic, spirited and engaging. His energy makes people laugh and makes people feel at home.

Neal’s energy fuels his passion for helping both his clients and the agency succeed. And with 20+ years in the ad biz, he knows how to assemble the right mix of marketing, advertising and communications strategies to effectively promote products and services -- even in some of the most obscure niche markets. This means a lot to clients. They know they can count on Neal for experience, foresight and dedication.

When not in the office, Neal can be found strumming the guitar or engaging in friendly competition with one of his sons – or all four of them together. And whether he’s shooting hoops on the court or trying for birdies on the green, his therapist-wife Michelle enjoys psychoanalyzing all five Linnihan guys, just to keep her own sanity.
