“My hobbies are as varied as my work life! I enjoy fishing, snowboarding, golfing, and traveling with my husband, Ashton. I have visited over 25 countries and enjoyed offbeat cuisine throughout my travels; I’ve eaten ants, scorpion, crickets, cobra soaked in wine, and roadside rat. I also enjoy tamer pursuits, such as collecting shoes.”
