After 9+ years working in sales for a large multi-media company, Dylan brings his sales acumen to Linnihan Foy as an Account Director. Working in sales, Dylan has learned the importance of staying vigilant in a fast-paced environment. “When working with clients, you need that ability to see the bigger picture. It’s always important to see those areas of growth and understand how to leverage that to the right audiences in the marketplace.”

Dylan understands that working as a team is what really lands an account and keeps an account relationship in good standing, “There is nothing more important than understanding everyone’s role within the business. Being open to new ideas and respecting everyone’s knowledge is paramount. At the end of the day, we are all one team striving for the same goal.“

Outside of work, Dylan grew up as an Eagle Scout which gives him his love for the outdoors. He and his wife enjoy spending time hiking, running, and biking, and playing with their black lab, Mulligan. Avid travelers, they also love discovering Minnesota’s beer and restaurant scene.
