Spirited and engaging, Neal’s energy makes people laugh and feel at home.

It’s also this energy that has fueled more than 30 years of experience providing strategic insights and counsel to clients across a wide spectrum of industries. On a daily basis, Neal advises clients in all aspects of business and marketing strategy, becoming immersed in their organization and industry.

A born leader, Neal served as President of another Twin Cities advertising agency before embarking on the Linnihan Foy journey with his partner, Sean Foy. During this time, Neal also held the position of President for various civic and business organizations.

“Our business allows us to do what humans love to do, create. With each client, our ultimate goal is to develop a plan that places the necessary components together to form one power effort that works. It’s all great fun.

Outside of Linnihan Foy, Neal can be found golfing, singing and playing guitar in his seven-piece band or traveling. Most importantly, he can be found enjoying the company of Michelle, his therapist wife, and his four sons.
