While new car inventory levels started returning to normal levels following the COVID-19 pandemic, sales did not increase at a comparable rate. Recognizing competing dealers were spending more on advertising, Alden Auto realized it was time to find someone who could help them develop a holistic marketing plan.

The Actions
LFA jumped in, assessed existing marketing elections, learned about Alden’s business objectives, and developed a comprehensive marketing strategy. We implemented the new plan, continually monitoring and meeting with the Alden team to adjust appropriately
The Results
The proactive and thoughtful marketing strategy we developed established a consistent measuring stick and a portal where we all digital activity could be easily monitored and measured. As a result of the new strategy, increases in the quantity and quality of digital and in-person traffic were observed.
