HCMC was looking to engage its own workforce in a new healthcare plan, but they were finding trouble effectively communicating with employees to choose a new healthcare plan.
Linnihan Foy developed branding, videos, digital retargeting and a microsite alongside targeted direct mail, eBlasts and informative presentations to help persuade Hennepin County employees to select Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC) as their network of choice within the county healthcare insurance program.
The end result? HCMC surpassed their goal converting employees to the Hennepin Advantage as their network of care within the county healthcare plan. Also of note, this goal was surpassed in two years when the conversion was expected to take five.
