Driving internal communications initiatives

The Challenge
In 2022, Linnihan Foy began working with Lexington Manufacturing, a Minnesota-based company with machining and fabrication capabilities including multi-spindle drilling, mortising, routing, tenoning, planing, shaping, and CNC woodcutting. Lexington reached out to Linnihan Foy based on our existing manufacturing marketing experience.

The Actions
Linnihan Foy helped Lexington drive a number of internal communications initiatives, including research to support both HR and corporate marketing, reimagining their mission/vision statement, and rolling out these new components within their business internally.

The process included a significant amount of internal and external research. We talked with customers and employees to gather feedback on the existing brand and understand how Lexington is perceived. Following the research, we worked to draft mission/vision statements and tested new verbiage with employees to ensure it resonated.

The Results
Following a process to refine the mission and vision, the new statements were incorporated into Lexington collateral, including their website and tradeshow marketing materials.
